Your Kiltr email signature

1. Open a new email, then on the Message tab choose Signatures → Signatures… (classic Outlook), or Settings → Accounts → Signatures (new Outlook).
2. Click New, name it Kiltr, click in the editing box and paste (Ctrl+V).
3. Set Kiltr as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.

If the logo shows as a broken box, Outlook is blocking pictures in the editor only. It sends correctly. Send yourself a test to confirm.

1. Outlook → Settings (⌘,) → Signatures, then click + and name it Kiltr.
2. Click in the editing box and paste (⌘V). Close the window; it saves on its own.
3. Under Choose default signature, pick Kiltr for the Kiltr account, for both New messages and Replies/forwards.

Legacy Outlook for Mac: Outlook → Preferences → Signatures, the same steps.

1. Mail → Settings → Signatures, choose the Kiltr account, click +, name it Kiltr.
2. Untick Always match my default message font, then paste (⌘V) into the box on the right.
3. Pick Kiltr in Choose Signature at the bottom.
